Conditions of access to Grasse BIOTECH Business Hotel
The prerequisites for applying for access to the Grasse BIOTECH Business Hotel are :
# More than two years in business
# Have R&D laboratory needs (excluding furnished offices),
# Request a total area <350 m2,
# and to be a company whose activity is eligible.
Eligible activities correspond to the objectives set for the Business Hotel by the FEDER, namely that 80% of companies must be registered in the Strategic Business Areas and / or Key Technologies (KETS) of the FEDER OP 2014-2020. The companies submit their application file which has been the subject of an analysis internally, in particular on its scientific interest and its economic potential. This analysis takes the form of an evaluation grid and gives rise to a technical advisory opinion of entry into the Business Hotel. This opinion is presented to the selection committee. The internal selection committee is sovereign, it decides in favor or against the entrance of the candidate in the Hotel and argues its decision.
